As a Strategy & Operations leader, I guided some of the company's most complex initiatives—from launching Google Photos to leading YouTube programs to establishing the first Strategy & Operations function for Security Engineering. I spearheaded Google's Secure AI Framework (SAIF) program and directed the Privacy Program Management Office, building teams that delivered results while maintaining the kind of culture where people actually wanted to show up.
